The Site

The Villas at Napasai are situated along the water’s edge at tranquil Maenam Beach on the exclusive northern shore of the Island.

Just 14 Thai-style, split-level Villas have been constructed, of which only two remain available.  Each is in total harmony with the natural hill grove landscape, and offers uninterrupted sea views, sea breezes, complete privacy and seclusion.

The location safeguards the permanent exclusivity and sweeping views of each Villa, which are protected naturally from any other development by the dramatic hillside and the sea.
